All the lines whether thick or thin indicate the person's journey through TIME & SPACE. The palm is person's dashboard about his position in time & space.
What is Time & Space?...Gross Time is Space and Subtle Space is Time.
Gross/thick/main lines on palm indicate where will u be wrt to space (physical, mental, social, etc) and fine line indicate where will u be wrt time.

An Example...Sometimes when we take a nap during journey to wake up knowing that the destination has been reached but u don't feel that u took a 2 hour sleep...it feels as if u slept just for just 5 mins.
Similarly, sometimes when the lift is overcrowded we feel why the lift is taking so long to reach the desired floor.
